Hypnobirthing.

I have started to take my hypnobirthing class with Melody Masi. WOW. This stuff is incrediable! My first class we were working on breathing exercises, which then turned into me becoming completely hypnotized. Whoops. I have never been before, so I came to kinda confused and like I had been sleeping for hours. Melody said that was great! And I would be a great candidate for hypnobirthing. That night I had really bad braxton hicks. Go figure.
The second class we learned about actual birthing positions and breathing. Also, what your body actually does to give birth. There are some women who don't even push, they just allow their bodies to do whatever it was meant to do. Sign me right up! However, she did say second time labor progresses much fast, which means MORE PAIN. I am not afraid of labor. Actually I am really quite excited about it. I just really don't want to let my mind get in the way. I want to be relaxed. With pain I relax and open = my new mantra.
Speaking of pain. I have a ignoral hernia. YAY me! It has been quite a pain, but learning how to deal with it and just move differently has helped.
We are hoping to hear back from Davenport today about renting a house. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I really hope we get this. I really want this. I have had so many different ideas for decorating the girls room. And just going there I had a great feeling about the place. Like homey, for once.
Zoey and Cassidy are doing great! Cassidy is such a little woman. It is crazy. She is so smart. She still blows my mind with how much she knows, and for a three year old? It's nice to know how her teachers and doctor think she is progressing at a faster rate, HOWEVER...I am nervous for the second she passes me in intelligence...dun dun dun...then what?!
Zoey is crazy. Kick kick kick, push butt against belly button, kick, kick, kick! I can not wait to meet this little munchkin!
